About

Professional contractor and manufacturer specialized in damp proofing, rising damp prevention, waterproofing membranes, resin injection, and structural dehumidification.

About Dry Wall System Roma

Dry Wall System Roma delivers specialized moisture control and structural protection from their base on Via Appia Nuova. Combining technical contracting with direct product manufacturing, they resolve persistent water ingress using chemical resin injections, protective barrier membranes, and targeted dehumidification systems.

Property owners in Rome often encounter ground moisture issues due to local masonry styles, porous tuff stone, and aging foundations. The team evaluates the root source of capillary action or infiltration before applying tailored solutions to basements, ground-floor apartments, and commercial walls.

When planning a remediation project, arrange an on-site moisture diagnosis to verify whether you need membrane sealing or chemical barrier injections. Their office operates weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00 and Saturday mornings until 12:30 for consultations and technical assessments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can your resin injection methods treat rising damp in historic Roman tuff (tufo) walls?

Yes, specialized hydrophobic resin formulas are injected under controlled pressure to saturate porous stone and mortar beds, creating a continuous barrier against capillary moisture.

Do I need to excavate around my foundation to apply basement waterproofing?

Not always; depending on the site conditions, internal counter-thrust membranes and pressure-injected chemical barriers can effectively seal underground spaces without exterior digging.

How quickly do walls dry out after completing a chemical damp proofing treatment?

While the damp-proof barrier blocks new water immediately, existing structural moisture evaporates naturally over several months depending on wall thickness, ambient ventilation, and climate.
