Established in 1880, Drouant is a historic restaurant located on Place Gaillon in Paris. It is recognized for its long-standing association with French literature, having hosted the deliberations for the Prix Goncourt since 1914 and the Prix Renaudot since 1926. The establishment features traditional architectural elements, including a notable Ruhlmann staircase and private dining salons.
